Veyil movie review: A relatable gloomy side of a family that depicts the miserable content in a sentimental manner.

Plot Synopsis

The story signifies the bond between a mom and her two sons and how they overcome their day-to-day challenges, which is quite general yet effortless in its narrative.

1) The Title

The term "Veyil" holds the importance of bringing light into your life, which can be seen through a family drama's steady deciphering of the content. The movie tries to blend the idea of understanding the importance of life and its pictorial in bringing out the raw and warm outlook of the artist. After watching the whole film it left me with a sense of understanding that every beautiful and sorrowful moment has its own time frame with a right of choice in our hands to make decisions irrespective of the consequence.

2) Content

The movie highlights various sentiments in different segments between a mother and son, the bond between the brothers, relationships, breakups, unemployment, loneliness, death, and much more. Such a bundle of elements with a limited time frame draws out an imbalanced format which made me a bit skeptical about the film. But the ending part of the movie holds most of the viewers even after the movie finishes.

3) Performance

A segment where every cast has given their best, especially the side roles of the leading actor has done an amazing job to mark their footing. The lead actor Shane Nigam delivers his best as the script requires but it doesn't showcase any fresh side that needs to be looked up to as compared to his previous films.

Overall, the movie has some downside with its formation but it doesn't undervalue the overall content that it tries to deliver.

Do let me know in the comments what you think about this movie. Till then peace, love, and prosperity to all.
